went to bed early last night

i almost never do that

i went to bed at like 11 or something

and went right to sleep too, also rare

i think maybe i forgot to have dinner last night

that may have some relevance

i'm just staring at my computer right now

uli apparently sold this xtc record

that we're listening to

i wonder if it's inevitable that people who collect records just have to sell them off

i'm kind of ready to be honest

i watched that movie beginners on saturday

it was good

but one thing that came to mind

the female character lives in hotels

she's an actress

and i could never do that

i kind of wish i could

i wish my life were mobile enough that i could move on a moment's notice

i mean i have a really really ugly suitcase that i love

if i could just live out of there maybe i would be happier?

maybe not though

i mean all my music gear takes up more than a small suitcase

sighhhhhhhhhhhh

maybe i just need start dating beautiful french women who are inexplicably fascinated by me

and i need to start tagging places

and start wearing fancy neckerchiefs

the next hiss & hum show will be either friday or next tuesday

just got a call from uc berkeley

apparently i am still crazy enough to be considered for their study on moods

or something

i don't really know what the study is about

all i know is it pays $15 an hour
